Mr. Koenig has served in various administrative and teaching capacities, including Director, Student Support Services at Oxnard Union High School District (OUHSD), Principal of comprehensive and alternative sites at Santa Barbara Unified School District, OUHSD and VCOE, Assistant Principal, Dean, as well as Adult ESL and High School Teacher.  James provides support and communication to local districts offering technical assistance, professional learning and information around state and federal accountability.

As a Director of Local District Support Services, Dr. Phoebe Moore provides support and communication to local districts offering technical assistance, professional learning, and information regarding state and federal accountability.  Dr. Moore has served in various administrative and teaching leadership capacities over the last twenty years across Riverside and Ventura Counties, which include central office and site-level administration, mathematics coach, and secondary mathematics instruction.  Dr. Moore earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management Leadership from Pepperdine University.  She has a Master of Arts in Education from Azusa Pacific University.  Her Doctoral degree is in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California with a dissertation emphasis on the Comparative Analysis of Student-centered versus Teacher-centered Mathematics Pedagogies.
