In today’s digital world, technology can be both a powerful tool and a challenging space for neurodivergent children and teens. • Understand the sensory, social, and emotional challenges that digital environments can create—and how to address them.
  • Discover how digital platforms can provide creative outlets and meaningful social connections for neurodivergent youth.
  • Discuss practical ways to balance technology use, including built-in device tools (timers, app limits, codes, shutdown warnings) to support healthy habits.
  • Share strategies for parents, caregivers, and educators to guide digital use in supportive and empowering ways.

Participants will leave with real-world tools, conversation starters, and resources they can use immediately to help neurodivergent students thrive in a digital age.
