ASPIRE funds are used to pay all associated participant fees for this Observer training ($900 value). Attendees must commit to attempting to pass certification testing within a 60-day window.

Come learn more about the DRDP (2025) assessment tool that is designed for educators to observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning and development as well as plan individualized and group curriculum.

This in-person training is offered to any general education ECE educators who are interested in learning about the format of the DRDP, use of documentation and evidence to rate measures, and the importance of inter-rater reliability.

**Please note: This training does not meet requirements for Special Education educators. Special education educators must complete training via online DR access.
