K-12 Strong Workforce Program (K-12 SWP)
  • As the lead agency, the Career Education Center has been awarded $ 1.3 million for Round 6  to support pathways in Healthcare and Public Services.
  • The goal of K12 SWP funds are to create, support, and/or expand high-quality CTE course sequences, programs, and pathways at the K–12 level that are aligned to community college regional workforce efforts occurring through the region.

 

  • Round 4: FISCAL REPORTS DUE AUGUST 31, 2024 (MUST SUBMIT REPORT EVEN IF NO EXPENDITURES)
  • Round 4: Closing out – ended June 30, 2024 (Timeline and Closeout Memo)
  • Round 5: ends June 30, 2026
  • Round 6: Started January 2024 and ends June 30, 2027 (Please note that the Q2 ending in December 2024 reports will be automatically submitted and approved by the Chancellor’s Office with $0 expenditures since the grant started January 1, 2024. 
  • Round 7: RFA just released
  • Quarterly grantee meetings will continue as scheduled.
